## About the Project

Wind Wall 1, located in California’s Tehachapi Pass, was a repower of a legacy wind project acquired from an independent power producer (IPP). The project replaced over 400 aging turbines (36 MW capacity) with 13 modern turbines totaling 46.5 MW. This upgrade boosted annual energy production by approximately 250%, generating nearly three times the output of the original Legacy Wind Wall Project. On behalf of Eolus North America, IOWN managed all aspects of construction, financing, and secured an offtake agreement with a major Big Tech firm before successfully exiting to a multinational institutional investor post-COD.

## About the Project

Centennial Flats is a solar and battery storage project in Arizona. Originally acquired as a queue position without land or permits, an LGIA was secured and land control was advanced through the AZ State Land Trust auction, and discretionary permitting was completed. In 2022, the project was sold to a U.S.-based portfolio company backed by a major global private equity firm.

## About the Project

Pome is IOWN’s first stand-alone battery energy storage project, managed through the construction phase including securing site control, permitting, equipment and EPC procurement, offtake, project finance and exiting to a long-term equity investor. Located in Poway, California, the project’s development began in 2019 with construction started in 2023. The commercial operation start of Pome was achieved in 2025.

## About the Project

Cald began as a greenfield project and progressed through key development milestones, including filing the interconnection position, executing the LGIA, securing Full Capacity Deliverability Status (FCDS), obtaining site control, and advancing permitting with LA County. The project maintained a Development Services Agreement through construction and achieved Commercial Operation Date in 2024.
